Kelly Whitaker is a renowned chef and restaurateur known for his exceptional culinary skills and commitment to sustainability. As the owner and executive chef of Id Est he has earned recognition for his innovative approach to zero waste cooking and menu development. His restaurants have been acclaimed by various publications and he has been acknowledged three times by the James Beard Foundation.

With a decade as a valuable member of the Id Est team, Caroline has discovered the transformative power of good food, drinks, and hospitality on a global scale. As the Director of Beverage & Hospitality, Caroline's focus is on curating thoughtful wine and beverage programs that enhance the culinary narratives of our chefs while supporting environmentally conscious producers.

Originally from Hong Kong, where she developed a love for food culture, Mara now has over 20 years of experience in Boulder's beloved restaurants and building her own pickle company. She is an acclaimed fermentation expert, who brings her expertise to the forefront as the Director of Fermentation and Sustainability at Id Est.

WHITAKER
Erika Whitaker began her restaurant journey after graduation, aiding a famous chef in opening a restaurant in Lafayette, CO. She later managed operations at ECO IMPACT and led Environmental Programs at American Apparel, fostering a passion for sustainable practices. Co-founding IEHG and a decade of leadership have led her to excel in visual merchandising, shaping the restaurant's aesthetic with her remarkable work.

LIPSEY
Nokkie has devoted over 20 years to the hospitality industry, training and developing future leaders while fostering positive cultures within various Colorado restaurant groups. With experience in every role from back of house to front of house, she has steadily progressed into leadership positions, culminating in her current role as Director of Communications and Projects at Id Est.
NATALIE
Frazier
Natalie Frazier joined Id Est in 2019 as a dedicated member of the front-of-house team at The Wolf's Tailor. Her exceptional adaptability and contributions during the challenging times of the pandemic quickly earned her a place in the home office team. Currently, as the Director of Operations for Id Est, Natalie plays a vital role in overseeing and optimizing the organization's operational processes.
Alicia
YANDELL
Alicia Yandell is a hospitality professional who believes food + beverage + hospitality nourish the soul as well as body and reflects the core of our human nature and culture. She has a culinary degree from The Culinary Institute of America and is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. She loves being hands on and constantly learning; Alicia is passionate about leadership, financial acumen, restaurant + retail operations and creating a sustainable environment for our planet and the people she works with. She is inspired by the rich history of the culinary guild and the endless knowledge + storytelling of the food + beverage world.
